Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 

 

  • In-depth Troubleshooting the issues observed during Ticketing flow, preparing dashboards, integration of interfaces and other core functionalities of ServiceNow.
  • Issue reproduction in LE / UAT environment.
  • Review Problem Trends and work towards RCA of similar issues.
  • Incident reporting and follow up with next level supports (ticket handling).
  • Should be able to perform in depth analysis, code review, isolate the problem and fix the bug/new feature enhancement.
  • Should be able to conceptualize the test case around the bug fix/New feature enhancement.
  • Ability to effectively communicate/interface with customer, vendor and provide solution

  • The role is responsible for solution engineering operations, for respective areas of Network/SDWAN/Cloud and security/Unified Collaboration/Mobility and IoT/other domains.

  • Technical/ Engineering degree with 0-4 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Required:

  • SNOW Administrators & L1/L2 Applications Support Activity for ServiceNow Ticketing Tool.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow Configuration and Implementations, should have good hand on experience creating Service now objects like Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI policies & Catalog item, Dashboard.
  • Should possess good knowledge about Service Portal, Incident, Problem, Case ,Change Management and Service Request modules.
  • Experience in configuring/working Mid server, Rest API, email integration technology with ServiceNow.
  • Recommended ITIL, Service now administration certified candidate.
  • Should be able to Analyze Traces / Logs received from customer / field & Applications.
  • Should be able to do code changes and minor enhancements / change request.
