1) SDH,WDM,DWDM,OTN basic and hands on experience.
2) Good communication skills.
3) Basic knowledge of Telecom and Networking.
4) Hands on experience on ECI, Alcatel, Tejas, NOKIA (L1+L2 basics).
5) Candidate should be ready to work in  rotational shift operations.
6) Should have experience in customer service operations and incident management.

Minimum qualification & experience--Graduate

  • Graduate with 0-4 years of experience

Other knowledge/skills
