MIS and Reporting Manager

Position Overview:

As a Management Information Systems (MIS) and Reporting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key business metrics and data analysis for informed decision-making. Your responsibilities will involve managing databases(including SharePoint content management) generating reports, developing data visualization, and providing insights to various stakeholders within the organization.

Data Management:

Maintain and manage databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Develop and implement data quality assurance processes to validate and cleanse data.

Reporting:

Generate routine and ad-hoc reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
Generate weekly and monthly billing report.
Design and automate reporting processes to streamline data extraction and analysis.
  
 

Data Analysis:

Analyze data trends and patterns to identify insights and opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Conduct root cause analysis to investigate discrepancies and anomalies in data.
Data Visualization:

Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, excel or similar.
Customize dashboards to meet the specific needs.
Create power point presentations.

Stakeholder Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Present findings and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Should have managed a team of SME/Analyst.

Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Recommend and implement solutions to address gaps in data collection, reporting, and analysis.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in data management, reporting, and analysis, preferably in a business environment.
• 3+ year of experience as data analyst or MIS specialist.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with programming languages (e.g., Visual Basic to create macros, Python, R) is a plus.Placed on hold as instructed by business
