Job Description: Account Manager – Hunter Role – Startups Account – India Prime

The role holder is responsible for growing net new business and a new pipeline. He/she must have a deep understanding of the telecom and ITES market & competition to develop appropriate winning sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise.

- Build strong relationships with Startup’s Target Accounts

- Generate New streams of Revenue from existing customers (pillar/ competency). - Prospect (Remote & Social Networking based Digital Lead Generation to identify qualified opportunities)

- Generate Profitable Revenue from New and/or existing Account

- Achieve targets (revenue, gross margin, debtor days).

- Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand the customer base in the assigned Geo / Vertical

- Work with cross-functional teams to drive Pre-sales activities

- Understand Tech M offerings very well

- Fluent in Spoken and written English / Business writing


- Should be a natural networker and must be able to build rapport with prospects easily.


- Use of CRM system & understanding for pipeline tracking & reporting

- MS Office proficiency

- Creating & updating the account plan

- Understanding effort estimation & pricing methods. Bill of materials

Qualification & Experience

- MBA with specialization in sales from an institute of repute.

- Experience as a hunter is a must (New Business Development)
