Key Responsibilities

1. Engineering Planning/ Strategy - Contribute to defining the annual engineering initiatives and projects in line with the global strategy for BU or work unit Performance Metrics - - Time taken to prepare HLD - Quality metrics (number of tickets raised, number of major escalations) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2. Design and Architecture - Study and interpret complex MRD/ POCs and provide initial support translation into technical document and conduct analysis of feasibility. - Support development of HLD/LLD and share with LOB for evaluation; Provide inputs on the business case for LOB; Develop BoM; Conduct testing. - Guide teams on integration of service with existing systems and roll out; Provide prelimnary technical advice to teams on preparation of training content to educate the eco-system on new service Performance Metrics - - Time taken to prepare HLD - Quality metrics (number of tickets raised, number of major escalations) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3.
