Role: Sr Customer Service Executive - Network Operations & Support
Years of Exp: 3-5
Education: Graduate and/or equivalent experience.
Location: Pune
Shift:24*7

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Experience on DWDM, Fiber, SDH, OTN, EOSDH technology.
  • Equipment/tools: Ciena, Infinera, Tejas, Adva, Tyco and Jira
  • 24x 7 Transmission NOC operations and Service Assurance
  • 24X 7 Transmission equipments ( Tejas, Ciena, Infinera, ADVA and Tyco) monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • 24x7 Dark fiber network and Infra monitoring and troubleshooting
  • The role is responsible for network operations and maintenance. 
  • Maintaining, administering, upgrading, and troubleshooting network tools and equipment
  • Assisting with and implementing installations as required for new and existing customer and internal projects inclusive of - terminations, testing and labelling of most common transmission mediums, hardware installations etc.
  • Ensure SLA are achieved and work proactively to maintain the same.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments for networks, Servers, applications, and operating systems
  • Conduct network security audits and scanning on a predetermined basis.

Additional Skills:

  • Demonstration of problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in providing technical support in fast paced, high availability, 24X7 environments.
  • Knowledge of network, operation systems
