    CCNA/JNCIA/CCNP/VNX-100/SDWAN-Viptela/ZIA (global certification mandatory).

Minimum qualification & experience

  • Graduate with 2 - 3.11 years of experience
  • Graduation completed in BE/Btech (E&TC/IT/Comp).

  • Prior experience of providing customer service support in fast paced, high availability, 24X7 environments.
  • Maintain awareness of latest technologies in the domain

Key Responsibilities

  •  Zscaler architecture understanding.
  • Zscaler Traffic flow for home users and office users.
  • Basic routing concepts to be clear.
  • Basic hands on at Zscaler configuration portal.
  • ZPA architecture and concepts.
  •  End to end Zscaler troubleshooting
