CCNA/JNCIA/CCNP/VNX-100/SDWAN-Viptela/ZIA (global certification mandatory).

Minimum qualification & experience
- Graduate with 2 - 3.11 years of experience
- Graduation completed in BE/Btech (E&TC/IT/Comp).

- Demonstration of problem-solving skills
- Prior experience of providing customer service support in fast paced, high availability, 24X7 environments.
- Maintain awareness of latest technologies in the domain
Key Responsibilities
- Zscaler architecture understanding.
- Zscaler Traffic flow for home users and office users.
- Basic routing concepts to be clear.
- Basic hands on at Zscaler configuration portal.
- ZPA architecture and concepts.
- End to end Zscaler troubleshooting
