Overview of the Role

  • This is an operational role responsible for managing day to day sales support operations. The incumbent may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operation support & sales support.
  • Track Contract Notification Tab.
  • Reserve all Orders for assigned Account managers.
  • All orders to be approved within 48 hours of entry into package validation.
  • All Name Change Requests to be entered.
  • Disconnection order to be created within 24 hours of receiving the request from collections/Credit team and order needs to process immediately.

Minimum qualification & experience

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduation.
  • Experience: 6-11 yrs of relevant experience.
