Minimum qualification & experience

Qualification and Experience

  • Graduate with MBA/Degree/Diploma in Sales or Marketing. Telecom degree preferred.
  • Should have Sales experience (~ 10+ years) in managing Int’l Carriers/ Wholesale accounts
  • Experience in sales motion cadence associated with forecasting, pipeline/funnel build.
  • Extensive experience in building executive relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Preferable Industry: Telecom or Technology (Telecom Vertical)
  • Sales/Revenue Oriented with strong financial & analytical skills.

Additional Responsibilities will include:

  • Building account strategy and action plans
  • Customer Mapping and Executive engagement
  • Collaborates with cross functional teams and acts as a liaison between our customers, sales, pre-sales solution development, commercial (Market management), Service Assurance and delivery teams during the end-to-end engagement and sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Nurturing existing customers and promoting destinations to grow volumes and revenues.
  • Daily traffic monitoring and price negotiations/updates to grow volumes.
  • Negotiating with suppliers for best cost & quality destinations, inventories
  • In-depth understanding of the client's business, goals, strategies, trends, and directions to propose appropriate solutions.
  • Deal making and executing Swap deals for business lock-in
    • Swap Deals (Send or Pay, Best Effort)
    • Tiered Deals (Buying & Selling)
  • Hunting & onboarding of new customers/suppliers for Voice business.
  • Expand engagement for Value added services (ITFS/LNS/UIFN/MLNS)
