Purpose - Broad objective of the role

Lead all HR activities within a specific region, provide corporate HR teams with regional perspective on HR issues and ensure statutory compliance with all regional labour laws with the objective of - ensuring effective talent management, improving levels of talent engagement and productivity and support business growth through appropriate people practices in the region

Consultants, Legal, Recruitment agencies, Government agencies, HR representative in other Tata companies

Minimum qualification & experience

MBA or a post graduate degree with experience of 15 years; Experience in the telecommunications sector is essential; Experience and knowledge of few European employment laws essential; Knowledge of few European languages; Understanding of the telecommunications sector is essential

Cross cultural sensitivity, ability to understand the business and execution capabilities; Ability to think creatively, manage time and take initiative to drive projects
