Broad outline of the Role

You will develop and lead the execution regional marketing strategy and implementation to generate revenue and drive conversions while assuring alignment with our customer development strategy.

You will define and implement activities that resonate with the corporate brand and are locally meaningful. You will build top of mind awareness while focusing on lead generation. You will also contribute to the identification of priorities that build a positive impact on the brand by developing and executing marketing campaigns and ensuring alignment with the regional KPIs. 

You will serve as the central point of contact for regional marketing and will support your regional business team to customize assets to reflect local market needs and preferences. You have a growth mindset and look to customer-first insights while decision making. You are Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative and analytical.

Key Responsibilities

•    Orchestrate and manage the annual, quarterly, and monthly planning and implementation of the marketing strategy and programmes. 
•    Design and activate a culture of proactive collaboration while expanding regional and global coordination within teams and to maintain a solid repository of all data.
•    Serve as a credible and strategic advisor to the Regional Marketing Director, providing reporting on identified operational issues and progress.
•    Experience with developing integrated, multi-touch marketing campaigns.
•    Stakeholder mapping, crafting analysis builds and working on competitive intelligence to enable monthly and quarterly reviews and plans.
•    Research, develop and deploy regional and country demand strategies aligned to growth targets and operational KPI’s.
•    Understand the regional nuances and consumer insights and build a definitive voice on integral how we position our solutions and customer value proposition to market.
•    Lead key marketing campaigns for demand generation / pipeline acceleration for the region with omni channel activation.
•    Build a solid pipeline of marketing activities to generate leads, build demand generation for key priority markets: SG, HK, JP, CN, AU
•    Experience with sales and marketing automation systems ideally salesforce.
•    Multi-agency liaison with multi-tasking capabilities to develop compelling content including thought leadership messaging, executive presentations, blogs, social content, for business leaders to help accelerate our right to play and win.
•    Responsible for the planning and execution of marketing campaigns from inception to execution aligned with the sales objectives in the region.

Minimum qualification & experience

You will have a record of Brand Management experience working within APJC market with a recognised brand, client or agency side. You will have worked closely with sales leadership in addition to regional and/ or global marketing teams. Strong English language skills are critical and the ability to work with virtual teams a must.

You are a well-rounded marketeer that can think strategically, proactively while being aligned with the corporate mandate. You can concurrently build and execute plans for various segments, lines of business and verticals.

You will be passionate about your solutions, your customers, your team and understanding the market dynamics in which you operate. You will strive to stay sharp and continuously nurture and expand sales, business, technology, and competitive readiness.

•    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or Business Discipline.
•    5 years of experience in the Asia Pacific region with a strong record of managing both brand and communications in a regionally or globally recognised company. (Service Provider, OEM or Agency side)
•    Experience in working closely with sales organisations and leadership to deliver on aligned KPI’s. 
•    Demonstratable understanding of the unique qualities, cultures, and business acumen in Asia Pacific markets. 
•    Fluent in English with knowledge of Mandarin advantageous.
•    Experience managing agency rosters.
•    A highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organisational requirements. 
•    Strong presentation and communication skills. 
•    Experience in managing and measuring the impact of marketing campaigns.
