Pre Sales (Solutions Architect)

JD:

a. Work on complex, proactive and reactive custom solution requirements, gathering requirements from the client and external vendors/ partners determining what is standard vs. custom solution, working with other departments within the organization
b. Develop technical proposal documents in response to customer requirements of RFI/ RFP and proactive engagement with the Customer requirements provided to define network solutions
c. Strong Emphasis on meeting the timeline ensuring the solutions are delivered within timeline
d. Gather costs requirement to develop the most cost effective solutions and make sure each project has the necessary sign offs and approvals
e. Work with the pricing organization to develop Commercial Inputs for development of Business Case
g. Focus on next generation solution requirements with emphasis on Next Gen IP-DWDM Transport, Digital & Operational Transformation, NOC Automation Solutions, SDN NFV (with understanding on Cloud Deployments), Virtualization, etc.
h. Present technical documents to Sales and Client, and Consult with the client by providing network architectural strategies, tips, techniques and other technical information about services provided to the client

Skills:

• Strong experience in technical Pre-Sales solution designing for Telecom network and resource dimensioning
• Expertise in deployment and utilization of services by support of partners in pre-sales technical efforts, Proof of Concepts and reviewing designs/providing guidance in RFP/tender responses
• Insightful experience of customer meetings, proposal making, Bill of Materials, customer presentation
• Strong technical experience for Telecom Networks, IT and Voice, Transmission, Ethernet
• Strong technical experience on Telecom Network services & Next Gen Services like SDN NFV Cloud Services, Robotics Process Automation, Analytics
• Understanding on Telecom OSS tools like Work Force Management, Test Automation Tools and NOC tools for Remote Network Operations

• Strong customer service skills and sound judgment to be able to work effectively with internal and external customers
• Stake holder management and follow up with Pricing , Contract Mgmt , Legal, Client counterpart etc. Review and track progress made with opportunities , toll gates on daily basis with the Resolve issues related to technology
• Develop actions plans to address concerns/ issues raised by customer and monitor implementation of the same
• Excellent in communication (Both verbal and writing)

Minimum qualification & experience

  • Bachelors degree in engineering; 4-7 Years relevant experience
