Knowledge / Skills

Minimum qualification & experience

12 years of relevant experience in Telecommunications Engineering with over 8 years of experience in a managerial/supervisor capacity
Graduate in Engineering
Proficient in MS Office Suite with good skills in PowerPoint and Excel
Certifications in Project Management would be an advantage


Key Responsibilities

A seasoned professional with ~12 years of experience working in multi-disciplinary Domestic and International projects, with specific expertise in Outside Plant Design, Planning & Engineering, and Rollout. As the Technical and People Manager, you will develop and execute project plans for current and new projects.
Ensures quality of work and that industry guideline and requirements are met. Develops and maintains departmental processes, metrics, and KPIs. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader and experienced team builder with a proven ability to build, lead, and coach multidisciplinary teams.
